Accugrout HD is a high-strength three-component epoxy grout for heavy dynamic loads on equipment bases.

  • Wind-farm and heavy industrial base-plate grouting
  • Handles vibration, impact, and thermal cycling
  • 6 in. maximum pour depth in a single lift

Adhesives Technology Accugrout HD 2 CF High-Strength Epoxy Grout

Accugrout HD from Adhesives Technology is a high-strength three-component epoxy grout for heavy dynamic loads on equipment bases. It is intended for onshore and offshore wind-farm pads and other industrial bases that see vibration, impact, thermal cycling, and chemical exposure. Mix and place between 60°F and 95°F, with a 6 in. maximum pour depth. The smaller kit of the same grout is the Accugrout HD 0.5 CF.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which plants typically grout with Accugrout HD?
Accugrout HD shows up on refinery, steel mill, chemical plant, and marine structure pads, plus wind-turbine foundations. Those are high-dynamic, oil-and-chemical environments, which is why the high-strength HD grade is specified.

Does Accugrout HD resist oil on an industrial base?
Yes. Accugrout HD is listed for oil and chemical resistance on industrial pads. That chemical resistance is part of why HD is used under compressors and rotating equipment instead of a cement grout.

When is Accugrout HD a better pick than Accugrout LE on a wind-farm pad?
Use Accugrout HD when the demand is high-strength dynamic load and a 6 in. lift is enough. Use Accugrout LE when the void is deep, up to 22 in., or the pour is warm enough that low exotherm matters more than HD strength.

Is Accugrout HD a three-component high-strength epoxy grout?
Yes. Accugrout HD is a high-strength three-component construction epoxy grout. It is pre-proportioned like the rest of the Accugrout family, with a 6 in. maximum pour depth on the current combined sheet.

Can Accugrout HD be used on marine equipment bases?
Yes. Marine structures are a listed Accugrout HD use, along with refineries and steel mills. Dynamic load, impact, and chemical exposure are the common thread on those pads.

Does Accugrout HD develop high early strength under a loaded plate?
Yes. Accugrout HD is called out for high early strength and a high effective bearing area. That early strength is why crews use it on wind-farm and rotating-equipment grouting that cannot sit for a cement cure.
