Adhesives Technology Accu-Grout HD 2 CF High-Strength Epoxy Grout

Accu-Grout HD is a high-strength three-component epoxy grouting system formulated for heavy dynamic loads, including onshore and offshore wind-farm equipment. The 2.0 cubic foot kit is the larger package size. The smaller 0.5 CF kit and the standard Accu-Grout formulation are also available. See the Accu-Grout HD 0.5 CF and standard Accu-Grout 0.5 CF.

Key Features

  • High-strength three-component epoxy grout.
  • Compressive strengths approximately 19,500 psi at 95 °F (higher at elevated temperatures).
  • Excellent resistance to dynamic loads, vibration, and impact.
  • Thermal and chemical stability with good oil resistance.
  • Maximum single-lift pour depth typically 6 inches.
  • Designed for wind-farm and heavy industrial equipment bases.

Applications

  • Onshore and offshore wind-turbine foundations and equipment.
  • Heavy rotating machinery, compressors, and base plates.
  • Refineries, steel mills, chemical plants, and marine structures.
  • Installations subject to high dynamic or impact loading.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Accu-Grout HD 2 CF and the 0.5 CF kit?
Both use the same high-strength formulation. The 2 CF kit provides four times the volume of the 0.5 CF kit for larger placements. See the Accu-Grout HD 0.5 CF.

What compressive strength does HD reach?
Approximately 19,500 psi at 95 °F per ASTM C579, with higher values possible at elevated temperatures.

What is the maximum single-lift depth?
Typically 6 inches. Deeper placements require multiple lifts.

Is it suitable for offshore wind foundations?
Yes. It is specifically designed for onshore and offshore wind-farm and heavy industrial equipment installations.
