Accugrout LE is a pumpable, low-exotherm epoxy grout for deep pours and warm-weather placements.
Accugrout LE from Adhesives Technology is a pumpable, low-exotherm three-component epoxy grout for deep pours and warm-weather placements. The extended pot life and lower heat let crews place thicker lifts, up to 22 in., without the heat spike of a standard or HD grout. Typical work includes large machine bases in industrial, wind, refining, and marine settings, mixed and placed between 60°F and 95°F. The smaller kit of the same grout is the Accugrout LE 0.5 CF.

Why does a deep machine pad call for Accugrout LE instead of standard Accugrout?
Standard Accugrout stops at an 8 in. lift. Accugrout LE is built for deep pours, up to 22 in., with lower heat of reaction. Use LE when the void is deeper than the standard grade can take in one lift.
Can Accugrout LE be pumped into forms on a large-volume grout?
Yes. Accugrout LE is specifically a pumpable low-exotherm epoxy grout for deep or large-volume placements. Pumping is how crews move LE on a thick pad without relying on gravity flow alone.
Does Accugrout LE keep shrinkage and creep down on a thick lift?
Accugrout LE is listed for a high bearing area with negligible shrinkage and creep, same family intent as the other Accugrout grades, on a 22 in. lift. That dimensional stability is why LE is used under heavy equipment on deep pours.
Is Accugrout LE meant for warm-weather mass grouting?
Yes. Accugrout LE is the grade for warm placements that need more working time and lower peak heat. Extended pot life is the reason to keep LE on a large summer grout instead of standard Accugrout or HD.
Which industries still use Accugrout LE on equipment bases?
Accugrout LE stays on heavy industrial, wind-farm, refining, and marine equipment when the pour is deep or heat of reaction is the limit. The industry list overlaps the family. The selection reason is the 22 in. low-exotherm lift.
When is Accugrout LE the better pick than Accugrout HD on a thick pad?
Use Accugrout LE when the void is deep, up to 22 in., or the pour is warm enough that low exotherm matters. Use Accugrout HD when the pad is high-dynamic and a 6 in. lift is enough. Depth and heat select LE. Dynamic strength in a thin lift selects HD.
