Accugrout LE is a pumpable, low-exotherm epoxy grout for deep pours and warm-weather placements.
Accugrout LE from Adhesives Technology is a pumpable, low-exotherm three-component epoxy grout for deep pours and warm-weather placements. The extended pot life and lower heat let crews place thicker lifts, up to 22 in., without the heat spike of a standard or HD grout. Typical work includes large machine bases in industrial, wind, refining, and marine settings, mixed and placed between 60°F and 95°F. The larger kit of the same grout is the Accugrout LE 2 CF.

When should Accugrout LE be used instead of Accugrout HD for pour depth?
Use Accugrout LE when the lift is deeper than Accugrout HD can take. Accugrout LE is the low-exotherm grade for a 22 in lift. Accugrout HD is the high-strength grade with a 6 in max pour.
Is Accugrout LE pumpable on a large base?
Yes. Accugrout LE is the pumpable grade on the combined Accugrout sheet. Use it when the placement is large or warm and a pump is the right way to move the grout.
Why does Accugrout LE advertise lower peak heat than the other grades?
Accugrout LE is the low-exotherm mix on that family sheet. Lower peak heat is why it can take a deeper lift than standard Accugrout or Accugrout HD without cooking the pour.
Does Accugrout LE give more working time on a warm placement?
Yes. Accugrout LE is written for deep or warm pours where standard Accugrout would set too fast. Keep placement in the 60 to 95 F band on the sheet.
When should Accugrout LE be used instead of standard Accugrout for lift depth?
Use Accugrout LE when the lift is deeper than the 8 in max on standard Accugrout. Accugrout LE takes a 22 in lift. Standard Accugrout stays on shallower general-construction pours.
Is Accugrout LE still a three-component industrial epoxy grout?
Yes. Accugrout LE is the same three-component industrial epoxy grout family as Accugrout and Accugrout HD. The difference is pour depth and heat, not a different chemistry class.
