Expanding between 1,500% and 2,000%, the fast-setting resin cures to form a rigid, impermeable closed-cell foam that can withstand wet/dry cycles. AV-290 does not require any water to react.

Avanti AV-290 Fast Set is a fast-reacting, dual-component polyurethane foam engineered for sealing high-flow water leaks and filling large voids around below-grade structures. Once injected, it expands up to 2,600% of its original volume, forming a dense, rigid, closed-cell structure. The foam is non-toxic, solvent-free, and stable under wet or dry conditions. It works well in curtain grouting, probe grouting, or pressure injection, especially in situations where rapid sealing is essential.
