Avanti AV-202 Multigrout is a single-component, moisture-activated polyurethane resin engineered for sealing active water leaks in large cracks or joints in concrete structures. This hydrophilic foam can absorb up to 12 times its volume in water, expanding 400%–600% to form a resilient, impermeable seal. It bonds tightly to surfaces, creating a mechanical lock against water intrusion, and is ANSI/NSF 61 certified for potable water applications.
