Avanti AV-202-NTP Multigrout NTP is a single component, moisture activated MDI/TDI blended polyurethane injection resin. Designed for sealing active water leaks in large cracks or joints in concrete structures, it can absorb up to 12 times its weight in water creating a tough, impermeable foam or gel with superb adhesive qualities.
Avanti AV-202-NTP is a single-component, moisture-activated hydrophilic polyurethane for active water in large cracks and joints in concrete and brick. It is the non-potable grade of AV-202: same high-viscosity chemistry for manholes, pipe penetrations, and moving joints, not certified for drinking-water contact. It can take up to ten times its volume in water and cures to a tough, flexible seal, including underwater work.

When should I pick AV-202-NTP instead of AV-202 Multigrout?
Pick AV-202-NTP on industrial or other non-drinking-water structures. AV-202 Multigrout is the WQA NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 grade when potable contact is required. Same high-viscosity hydrophilic chemistry, different certification.
Can AV-202-NTP grout brick as well as concrete?
Yes. AV-202-NTP is engineered to seal active water leaks in large cracks or joints in concrete and brick structures. Moisture activates the resin so it can adhere in the pores of either substrate.
Can AV-202-NTP be used with AV-219 Fibrotite oakum?
Yes. AV-202-NTP is used in conjunction with AV-219 Fibrotite oakum or AV-215 Resin Rod for Expanded Gasket Placement. The resin wets the oakum and cures into a flexible gasket in the joint.
Does cured AV-202-NTP stay flexible?
