Chem Link M1 is a moisture cure, multi-purpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic & waterproof seal to most roofing materials, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam.
ChemLink M-1 is a moisture-curing, polyether-based adhesive sealant that performs in wet, dry, or cold conditions without shrinking, bubbling, or discoloration. This gun-grade, zero-slump sealant bonds to a wide range of construction materials including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics. It applies easily, skins in 20–35 minutes, and handles joint movement up to 35% in both extension and compression. M-1 meets or exceeds ASTM C920 Class 35 and is suitable for structural bonding and weather sealing in high-performance applications.
