Chemlink DuraLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance for uses from window sealant to sealing joints in door frames, parapets, and block & masonry. DuraLink 35 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications including difficult surfaces such as Kynar 500® PVDF and other anodized metals and coatings.
DuraLink 35 is a versatile, moisture-curing polyether sealant designed for high-movement joints in exterior and interior construction. With ±35% movement capability, it performs reliably in damp, dry, and cold conditions without bubbling, shrinking, or discoloring. This solvent-free, zero-isocyanate formula adheres to difficult substrates like Kynar 500® PVDF-coated metals and anodized aluminum. DuraLink 35 is ideal for weather sealing, expansion joints, and difficult jobsite applications where flexibility, adhesion, and clean appearance are critical. It meets ASTM C920 and multiple green building standards.

Can DuraLink 35 be applied in cold weather?
