Sika Sikaflow 649 High-Flow Epoxy Grout 1.7CF

Adhesives Technology Accugrout 0.5 CF

Accugrout is a three-component industrial epoxy grout for machine base plates in heavy equipment work.

  • High early strength with excellent flow under plates
  • Negligible shrinkage for new installs and re-grouts
  • Stands up to vibration, impact, oil, and chemicals

Adhesives Technology Accugrout 0.5 CF Industrial Epoxy Grout

Accugrout from Adhesives Technology is a three-component, pre-proportioned industrial epoxy grout for machine base plates in heavy equipment work. The general construction formula develops high early strength, flows to a high bearing area, and shows negligible shrinkage under static or dynamic load. Typical work includes new installs and re-grouts in refining, chemical plants, mills, marine, and rail seating, mixed and placed between 60°F and 95°F. A larger kit of the same grout is the Accugrout 2 CF.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should a crew pick Accugrout instead of Accugrout HD for pour depth?
Accugrout, the general-construction grade, has an 8 in. maximum single-lift pour. Accugrout HD is the high-strength wind-farm grade with a 6 in. lift. Stay on Accugrout when the pad is a standard industrial base plate that fits the 8 in. lift, not a high-dynamic HD placement.

What placement temperature window does Accugrout list?
Accugrout is placed between 60F and 95F. Cooler resin thickens and hurts flow under the plate. Hotter placements cut working time and raise exotherm. Keep the kit in that band on the pad.

Does Accugrout stay dimensionally stable under a loaded base plate?
Accugrout is called out for negligible shrinkage and low creep under load, with a high effective bearing area. That is why it is used on new machine installs and re-grouts that cannot afford a shrinking cement grout.

Can Accugrout be used to re-grout existing equipment pads?
Yes. Accugrout is intended for new installations and for quick re-grouts of existing equipment. High early strength is the reason crews can turn a re-grout without a long cement wait.

Does Accugrout flow to a high bearing area under machine plates?
Yes. Accugrout is a three-component industrial epoxy grout designed to flow under machine base plates to a high effective bearing area. That flow is the point on heavy equipment pads in refining, pulp, rail, and marine work.

Is Accugrout Buy American compliant for federally funded work?
Accugrout is listed as Buy American compliant per CFR 49 Section 50101. Confirm the current documentation on a federally funded pad before you substitute a different epoxy grout.
