Flexolith is a two-component, 100% solids, low-modulus, moisture-insensitive epoxy binder with properties that make it suitable for use in applications where stress relief and resistance to mechanical and thermal movements are required. Flexolith is formulated for low temperature applications, or where rapid cure is required.
Flexolith is a two-component, 100% solids, low-modulus, moisture-insensitive epoxy binder for overlays, broadcast systems, and epoxy mortars. It delivers stress relief where thermal and mechanical movement are present, cures rapidly to minimize downtime, and can be placed in cool conditions. Use as a trowel-down coating, a broadcast aggregate system for parking/bridge decks, or as a high-build mortar for nosing and repair work. This item is the 10 gallon unit.

What systems can I build with Flexolith?
Broadcast non-slip overlays for parking/bridge decks, neat trowel-down coatings, or epoxy mortars (blend 1 gal mixed resin with 2–3 gal of clean, dry 20/40 silica sand).
How should the surface be prepared?
Concrete must be sound and clean with CSP 4–6 profile; tensile pull-off at least 250 psi. Do not apply if moisture vapor transmission is present.
Can I use it in cold or hot conditions?
Yes—apply between 35–90°F with materials at ≥40°F. A Summer Grade is available for hot conditions.
Will the coating yellow outdoors?
Epoxy can discolor under UV/high-intensity light. Consider an aliphatic urethane topcoat for color stability and stain resistance.
Any placement limitations?
Do not thin. Do not apply to slabs-on-grade or when the surface is within 5°F of the dew point.
