ChemLink Pro Pack is a two-component RTV urethane pourable sealant for ChemCurb penetration seals, pitch pans, and other horizontal self-leveling work on low-slope roofs. Mixed material is 100% solids, self-leveling, and cures to a tough rubber with no visible shrinkage. It resists weather, water, ice, oils, and fuels. Apply at 40°F and above, and keep kits at room temperature 24 hours before mixing. TPO needs ChemLink Low VOC EPDM/TPO Primer before Pro Pack.

What is ChemLink Pro Pack?

Is Pro Pack the same as Low VOC EPDM/TPO Primer or SOF-Rod?
No. Pro Pack (F1000) is the pourable urethane. ChemLink Low VOC EPDM/TPO Primer (F1280-LVOC) is a solvent-based primer required on TPO before Pro Pack. SOF-Rod is foam joint backing. They are three different products.
How do you mix it?
Hold the kit at room temperature for 24 hours. Mix Part A and Part B at 7:1 by volume for a minimum of 5 minutes until the sealer is a uniform black color. Always test substrates for adhesion.
What are the published physical properties?
The current TDS lists Shore A 41 to 51, tensile strength 126 psi, elongation 75 to 100%, pot life 90 ± 45 min at 70°F, and no visible shrinkage after 14 days.
What substrates are not compatible?
Do not use on Hypalon or smooth APP modified bitumen. Use Chem Link TPO Primer on TPO. Do not apply over uncured concrete, wet or oily surfaces, or if rain is expected within 4 hours. Do not prime with asphalt primer.
What coverage does one gallon give?
One gallon contains 231 in³. At 20 mil the cover rate is 80 ft² per gallon. Two 20 mil applications are required for large-area waterproofing.
