Ideal for both new construction and retrofit applications, this gun-grade membrane can be used on CMU, concrete, wood, and metal surfaces. It delivers excellent adhesion without priming, withstands UV exposure, and forms a durable, monolithic seal that resists water intrusion. With accelerated curing, Sikaflex 102 allows for same-day window and door installation and is compatible with Sika weatherseal and air barrier systems for integrated envelope protection.
