Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ultrabond HS-1CC Buy American compliant?
Yes. Ultrabond HS-1CC is listed as Buy American compliant on the current HS-1CC rev 5.3 sheet.

Can Ultrabond HS-1CC be used in USDA inspected facilities?
Yes. Ultrabond HS-1CC is listed for USDA inspected facilities. That is an occupied-plant use on the same epoxy as the 22 oz cartridge.

Does Ultrabond HS-1CC allow OSHA Table 1 hollow-bit cleaning?
Yes. Ultrabond HS-1CC is listed for OSHA Table 1 hollow-bit cleaning. That is a listing on the sheet, not a drilling procedure.

What short-term elevated temperature does Ultrabond HS-1CC resist?
Ultrabond HS-1CC lists a 205 F short-term load on the rev 5.3 sheet. Confirm the load duration against that TDS.

Is Ultrabond HS-1CC evaluated for cracked and uncracked concrete?
Yes. Ultrabond HS-1CC is the cracked-and-uncracked high-strength epoxy on ESR and the rev 5.3 sheet. That is why crews pick it over Ultrabond 1 when the member is cracked.

Does Ultrabond HS-1CC work with ATC Pro Anchor Design software?
Yes. ATC Pro Anchor Design covers Ultrabond HS-1CC. Run rod and embedment in that software against the current HS-1CC data.
