Sika Loadflex-524 EZ is a two-component, quick-setting, semi-rigid, solvent-free, self-leveling polyurea control joint filler for static, interior, horizontal saw cuts or preformed control and construction joints. It is designed to provide even load transfer across floor joints and protect joint edges under hard-wheeled industrial traffic. The fast set allows shaving as early as 5 minutes and up to 24 hours after placement at 73 F (23 C), with performance at temperatures down to -13 F (-25 C). Mix ratio is A:B = 1:1 by volume using a static mixing nozzle.
