Five Star HP Epoxy Grout is a high-performance expansive, non-shrink, epoxy system for supporting equipment requiring precision alignment. Exhibits positive expansion.
Five Star HP Epoxy Grout Standard Flow is a three-component, 100% solids, high-performance epoxy grout formulated for precision alignment under heavy dynamic loads. The Standard Flow version uses five bags of aggregate and yields approximately 2.0 cubic feet, with recommended clearances of 4 to 6 inches. It offers high early strength, superior creep resistance at elevated temperatures, positive expansion per ASTM C 827, and 95% effective bearing area. A High Flow version (1.75 cu ft) is available for tighter clearances. See the related Five Star HP Epoxy Grout High Flow 1.75 cu ft.

What is the difference between Standard Flow and High Flow HP Epoxy Grout?
This Standard Flow version yields 2.0 cubic feet with clearances of 4–6 inches and higher compressive strength and lower creep. The High Flow version yields 1.75 cubic feet and is intended for 1–4 inch clearances. See the Five Star HP Epoxy Grout High Flow 1.75 cu ft.
What strength is available at 16 hours?
Approximately 11,000 psi at 70°F.
How does creep resistance compare to other epoxy grouts?
HP Epoxy Grout Standard Flow offers one of the lowest creep values (1.2 × 10⁻³ in/in) among Five Star epoxy grouts at 140°F and 400 psi.
What is the effective bearing area?
95% when properly placed.
What is the working time?
Approximately 60 minutes at 70°F.
