Five Star DP Epoxy Grout is a precision-engineered, expansive, non-shrink epoxy system designed for deep-pour applications and heavy machinery grouting. This three-component, 100% solids, solvent-free grout delivers excellent strength, superior creep resistance, and high effective bearing area (EBA) for large volume placements. It is formulated with low exothermic properties, allowing extended working time and safer high-volume pours. The standard unit yields approximately 2.0 cubic feet of hardened material and meets ASTM C 827 for positive expansion.
