Five Star High Strength 130 Grout is a cement-based, non-metallic, non-shrink, highly flowable grout for supporting machinery and applications requiring precision alignment as well as high performance construction applications.
High Strength 130 is a cement-based, non-metallic, non-shrink precision grout for machinery support, structural steel, and high-performance construction work. The highly flowable mix pumps long distances, delivers 95% Effective Bearing Area, and develops high early and ultimate strengths. Formulated with Air Release technology, it meets ASTM C1107 Grades A, B, and C and exhibits positive expansion when tested to ASTM C827.

How much does a bag yield?
Each 50 lb bag yields about 0.43 cubic feet at the maximum water content.
What is the recommended water per bag?
Start with 3.25–4.5 quarts of potable water per 50 lb bag. Mix 2–3 minutes to uniform consistency. Do not exceed the maximum water.
Can it be pumped?
Yes. The highly flowable mix is designed for easy pumping over long distances as well as poured, wet set, or dry pack placements.
Any temperature or curing guidance?
Place between 40–95°F. Maintain grout and substrate above 40°F until 1,000 psi is reached. Wet cure a minimum of 24 hours, then apply a curing compound or continue wet cure to a total of 3 days.
What clearances and depths are recommended?
Minimum plate clearance is 1 inch. Typical placement depth is 1–6 inches; consult aggregate extension guidance for deeper pours.
How long is the working time?
About 60 minutes at 70°F. Initial set 6–9 hours and final set 7–11 hours at 70°F.
