Fluid consistency fills large annular spaces and deep embedments that see wind, water, and seismic load. Bond strength is high, and the cured grout is self-extinguishing. Load after 24 to 48 hours depending on temperature.

A two-component, 100% solids, pourable epoxy grout for anchoring reinforcing steel and tension connectors in concrete piles and foundations.
How is it placed?
Pour mixed grout slowly from the top of the cavity so air is not trapped, then insert the bar. Use only mixed material that flows freely from the pail.
How soon can it take load?
Allow 24 to 48 hours depending on temperature. At 75°F, final cure is about 24 hours; at 60°F it is about 60 hours.
Is this EP-Patch?
No. Pile Anchor Grout is a fluid anchoring grout. EP-Patch is a trowel mortar for surface repairs.
