What is EP-Patch?
A three-component, 100% solids, low-modulus epoxy patching mortar. Resin, hardener, and graded aggregate are pre-measured.
How soon can it take traffic?
About 3.5 hours at 75°F. Colder substrate and material stretch that time; 60-64°F is about 5.5 hours.
How deep can I place it?
For repairs deeper than 4 in, E-Chem publishes an aggregate extender. Mix only complete units; do not thin.
Is this the same as Pile Anchor Grout?
No. EP-Patch is a trowel mortar for surface repairs. Pile Anchor Grout is a pourable anchoring grout for rebar in piles.
