Crackbond CSR from Adhesives Technology is a two-component polyurethane hybrid for rapid repair of hairline cracks and spalls in concrete. Ultra-low viscosity lets the mix wet the crack face and aggregate, then the repair can take traffic in under 60 minutes at 77°F. Typical work includes industrial floors, parking structures, and bridge decks when downtime is short. Other packs of the same material are the 9oz cartridge (A9-CSRHN) and the 22oz cartridge (A22-CSRN).

Is bulk Crackbond CSR still the 0F to 110F grade?
Yes. Bulk Crackbond CSR on the current v101 sheet places from 0F to 110F. That is not CSR-LPL. Do not copy a 40F LPL floor onto this 2-gallon CSR kit.
Can bulk Crackbond CSR take kiln-dried sand on a larger spall?
Yes. Crackbond CSR may be used neat or mixed with dry silica sand or pea gravel for mortar repair of spalls. Bulk is how crews feed a larger industrial-floor spall without living on cartridges.
How fast does bulk Crackbond CSR get a warehouse aisle back in service?
Crackbond CSR repairs can take traffic in less than 60 minutes at 77F. Same-shift return is the reason bulk CSR is used on high-volume industrial floors, parking structures, and bridge-deck nose joints.
Is bulk Crackbond CSR for moving cracks?
No. Crackbond CSR is not intended for cracks subject to movement. Eliminate the cause of cracking first. A moving control joint belongs on Crackbond JF-82 FAST, not on CSR.
Does bulk Crackbond CSR need a dry floor?
Yes. Crackbond CSR is highly sensitive to moisture. The cementitious substrate must be completely dry. Extra care is called out below grade and below 32F, even though the published window starts at 0F.
Will bulk Crackbond CSR match a floor color?
Crackbond CSR accepts powder pigments for color matching. It is still not an aesthetic finish. UV can add a greenish tint, and the cure can marble. Coat or paint after cure if the aisle is in public view.
