WR Meadows DECRA-SEAL W/B is a non-yellowing, water-based sealer for decorative concrete in a 5 gallon pail. It forms a hard yet flexible clear film with a glossy finish on interior or exterior concrete.
WR Meadows DECRA-SEAL W/B is a high-solids liquid sealer formulated from a proprietary polymer blend. It is intended to seal and protect decorative and colored concrete, including acid-stained surfaces, with a hard yet flexible clear film that will not yellow. The film dustproofs the surface, helps minimize spalling of exterior concrete, and raises resistance to rain, sun, freezing, most acids and industrial chemicals, oil, grease, deicing salts, cleaning agents other than aromatic solvents, caustics, and hot-tire staining. This 5 gallon pail covers about 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft.

What is WR Meadows DECRA-SEAL W/B used for?
It seals and protects interior or exterior decorative concrete, including colored, acid-stained, and exposed aggregate surfaces, driveways, patios, and swimming pool areas. It leaves a glossy, clear film that will not yellow.
How much area does the DECRA-SEAL W/B 5 Gallon Pail cover?
300 to 600 sq ft per gallon depending on the porosity and condition of the concrete, or about 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft for this 5 gallon pail.
Can DECRA-SEAL W/B go on new stamped concrete?
Yes, once the stamped concrete is at least 72 hours (three days) old and free of all powdered release agent residue. Existing concrete must be clean and dry with form agents, stains, oil, grease, dust, and dirt removed. Remove any liquid compound other than CS-309 or VOCOMP series products completely first.
How is DECRA-SEAL W/B applied?
Mix gently, without excessive mixing. Spray a fine fog pattern with a sprayer such as a Chapin 1949 and a 0.1 GPM nozzle, or use a lint-free roller or lambs wool applicator with a wet edge. Brush or roll out puddles. For more protection and sheen, WR Meadows recommends two coats at right angles, with the first coat thoroughly dry before the second.
How long does DECRA-SEAL W/B take to dry?
In lab conditions at 73 F and 50% RH it dries in 2 to 3 hours, can be recoated in 4 to 24 hours, and takes wheel traffic after 24 hours. Restrict foot traffic for at least six hours, and twelve hours is preferred. Cold or humid conditions extend drying.
What precautions apply to DECRA-SEAL W/B?
Keep it from freezing, do not add or dilute it with other compounds, and do not mix it with anything containing solvent. Do not apply it if air, material, or surface temperatures will fall below 40 F within four hours. Mottling can occur on colored concrete, and it should not be used on dense or non-porous surfaces such as brick or stone.
