Concrete repair product designed specifically to repair or patch horizontal concrete surfaces with holes, divots, cracks, pop outs, spalls, and re-nosing of joints.
Quick Mender XO is a minimal-odor, rapid repair polymer and concrete primer for horizontal concrete. Use it neat as a penetrating primer or blend with graded aggregates to create a polymer concrete for patching spalls, divots, pop-outs, crack repairs, joint header rebuilds, and low-temperature/freezer work. It cures quickly for fast return to service and bonds tenaciously to prepared concrete and steel.

How do I make polymer concrete with Quick Mender XO?
Combine A and B at 1:1 by volume, then slowly add 20–30 mesh quartz to reach the desired viscosity. Start near a 1:3 liquid-to-aggregate ratio; do not exceed 1:4.
What prep is needed?
Concrete must be clean, sound, and dry, free of dust, oil, and contaminants. Prime highly porous areas with a neat coat to minimize absorption before placing polymer concrete.
How soon can I return an area to service?
At ~77°F, the material is typically tack free in ~20 minutes and open to traffic in ~45 minutes. Cooler temperatures lengthen times.
Can I use it in cold environments?
Yes. Substrate can be as low as 0°F. Keep materials and equipment at or above 50°F for best handling.
Any limitations?
Not intended as a long-term exposed topcoat; prolonged UV will degrade the primer. The product is hygroscopic—protect from moisture during storage and early cure.
What colors are available?
