The Drain & Waste Pipe Repair Kit seals cracks and longitudinal splits in cast iron and plastic pipes without hot work or shutdown. It combines a fast epoxy putty for small defects, a cartridge-applied sealant for longer cracks, a self-amalgamating live-leak tape for active water, and a composite bandage to overwrap and reinforce the repair. Typical installs take under 30 minutes and deliver a permanent, reinforced seal across 32–150 mm pipe diameters.

How do I treat long cracks in cast iron?
Extrude CrackSeal directly into the crack until fully filled, then overwrap with SylWrap HD along the length of the defect for a reinforced repair.
What is the role of SplitFill?
SplitFill is mixed and spread over splits in plastic pipes. It enters the split and cures in about 5 minutes to act as a permanent gap filler.
How long will the repair last?
Typical cured repairs provide 10–20 years of service depending on installation quality, pipe condition, thickness, and operating conditions.
Is it suitable for potable water lines?
