SpecSeal SSS100 is a premium, latex based intumescent firestop sealant for rated walls and floors. It uses two stage expansion to help close gaps around combustible penetrants under fire exposure, forming a durable smoke and fire resistant seal. The red, paintable formula installs easily, cleans up with water, is water resistant when dry, and is designed to be safe with many plastics.

Where is SSS100 used?

Is it paintable and water resistant?
Yes. It can be painted when dry and is water resistant after cure. Clean up with water before curing.

The wet sealant is conductive until dry. Do not apply in the presence of exposed or energized conductors.
