High quality acrylic latex sealant designed for sealing through-penetrations (such as pipes, conduits, cabling, busways, openings), membrane penetrations (such as p-traps and outlet boxes) in smoke rated walls.
SpecSeal Smoke 'N' Sound is a high-quality acrylic latex smoke and acoustical sealant for sealing gaps, penetrations, and linear joints in rated partitions where smoke control and sound reduction are required. It tools easily, bonds to common construction materials, remains flexible, and dries to a water-resistant, paintable finish with low VOC content.
