SpecSeal LCI320 is a latex-based, intumescent firestop sealant packaged in a 20 oz sausage for efficient production installs. It expands under heat to help close gaps around combustible penetrants, forming a durable smoke- and fire-resistant seal in rated assemblies. The red, paintable formula installs easily, cleans up with water, and is water resistant when dry.
