SikaFlow 648 is a three-component modified epoxy resin-based precision grout that combines high-temperature performance and crack resistance with excellent flow characteristics. SikaFlow 648 provides high early and 7 day strengths as well as excellent resistance to high operating temperatures and crack inducing vibration.
SikaFlow 648 is a three-component, high-strength, high-flow epoxy precision grout for critical equipment alignment and load transfer. It offers excellent chemical resistance, low creep for long-term alignment, and very low shrinkage for full baseplate contact. With variable fill ratio for desired flow, extended working time, pumpability, and simple soap-and-water cleanup, it is ideal for pouring or pumping depths up to 6 inches in demanding industrial environments.

What is SikaFlow 648 used for?
Precision grouting of heavy equipment, crane rails, sole plates, wind tower bases, and high-torque machinery where high flow and chemical resistance are required.
How does fill ratio affect performance?
The 4-bag mix delivers maximum bearing and lowest shrinkage; the 3-bag mix increases flow. Both achieve high strength with excellent load transfer.
Can it be pumped?
Yes. It is designed for pumping or pouring with extended working time to maintain continuous placement.
Is it suitable for aggressive environments?
Yes. It has excellent chemical and freeze/thaw resistance and resists water and chloride intrusion.
How do I clean tools?
Use soap and water or a citrus degreaser before the material cures. Cured material must be removed mechanically.
