SikaFlow 648 (formerly MasterFlow 648) is a three-component, high-strength, high-flow epoxy precision grout designed for critical equipment alignment and load transfer. The low-dust aggregate formulation improves worker comfort and jobsite cleanliness while delivering high early strength, excellent chemical resistance, low creep, and full baseplate contact. The standard 4-bag unit yields approximately 1.7–1.73 cubic feet and can be adjusted to a higher-flow 3-bag mix when needed.
