Five Star Structural Concrete Gunite is a dry process shotcrete applied, high early strength permanent concrete repair material. Containing migrating corrosion inhibitor technology, Five Star Structural Concrete Gunite produces a repair which is dimensionally stable, develops an integral bond to the existing concrete, and restores structural integrity within hours of placement.
Five Star Structural Concrete Gunite is a dry-process shotcrete, high-early-strength repair mortar for vertical and overhead structural work. Migrating corrosion inhibitors and very low chloride permeability protect reinforcing steel while the mix bonds and restores integrity within hours. Shoot from 1/4 inch up, gain high three-hour strength, and coat moisture-sensitive epoxies as early as 4 hours, including cold-weather shutdowns.
