Euclid Eucolastic 1SL is a self-leveling polyurethane sealant for horizontal joint sealing in concrete and masonry structures. Extremely durable in dynamic joints. It provides superior wear resistance to rubber tires and pedestrians in high traffic areas.
Eucolastic 1SL is a single-component, low-modulus, moisture-cured, self-leveling polyurethane joint sealant formulated for dynamic joints. It provides superior wear resistance under pedestrian and vehicular traffic, with exceptional movement capability of +100% / -50%. The sealant is jet fuel resistant, easy to apply on flat or sloped joints up to 6%, and designed for both interior and exterior concrete applications. Available in gray and limestone, 1SL is ideal for high-traffic areas where durability and flexibility are critical.

What makes Eucolastic 1SL unique?
It offers extraordinary joint movement capability of +100% / -50% while maintaining adhesion and cohesion, making it ideal for high-traffic applications.
Can it be used in fuel-exposed areas?
Yes. Eucolastic 1SL is resistant to jet fuel and is recommended for industrial and transportation applications.
What is the tack-free time?
It becomes tack-free in about 7–8 hours, with a skin forming in 1.5–2 hours at 72°F.
Where is Eucolastic 1SL typically used?
Commonly used in sidewalks, truck terminals, plazas, pool decks, and traffic loop sealant applications.
How should tools be cleaned?
Clean tools with Euco Solvent or xylene before the sealant dries. Once cured, removal requires mechanical means.
