Euclid Eucolastic 1NS is a polyurethane sealant designed for sealing joints in concrete and masonry structures, offering exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance. Extremely durable in dynamic joints, offering persistent adhesion once fully cured.
Eucolastic 1NS is a single-component, non-sag, low-modulus polyurethane hybrid joint sealant for interior and exterior construction joints. It skins rapidly, cures to a tough flexible seal with ±35% movement capability, and maintains adhesion through temperature cycles. The limestone color matches light concretes and masonry and is suitable for use above and below grade.

Do I need a primer?
Usually no. Perform a field adhesion test on non-porous substrates. Use Eucolastic Primer when the sealant will be in continuous water immersion after cure.
What joint dimensions are recommended?
Minimum joint width 1/4 in. For joints 1/4–1/2 in wide, use 1:1 width-to-depth. For joints 1/2–1 in wide, depth should be half the width with a maximum 1/2 in sealant depth.
When can it be painted?
After full cure. Always test coating compatibility on a small area first.
What are the storage and handling notes?
Store at room temperature before use. Apply only to clean, dry substrates. Do not apply to damp or wet joints.
Where can it be used?
Interior or exterior, above or below grade, including concrete, precast, masonry, EIFS, and around windows and doors.
