High strength, natural aggregate floor topping used in areas subject to moderate wear, impact, and abrasion. Floor may be returned to light wear service within 48 hours of topping placement, at 70 °F.
EucoFloor 202 is a high-strength cementitious floor topping with natural aggregates for areas subject to moderate wear, impact, and abrasion. Designed for waste transfer station tipping floors and industrial slabs, it develops high early strength and can return to light wear service in about 48 hours at 70°F when placed on properly prepared substrates.

What surface prep is required?
Mechanically abrade to CSP 5–7 (heavy shotblast), clean thoroughly, and verify substrate soundness before priming.
Do I need a keyway?
Yes. Provide a perimeter keyway at least 1 in deep and ideally undercut into the base slab; feather-edging is not acceptable.
How do I prime?
Apply EucoFloor Epoxy Primer, scrub in, back-roll uniformly, then full-broadcast 16/30 silica sand to refusal and remove all loose sand after cure.
What is the minimum thickness?
1 in. For placements thicker than 2 in, extend with 3/8 in pea gravel at ~15% by weight of powder.
How is it cured?
Apply a high-solids curing compound immediately after finishing; in dry conditions, water cure under plastic/blankets after the compound is placed.
Any finishing notes?
Do not add water during troweling; if additional lubrication is needed, use Eucobar. Re-establish all joints from the base concrete through the topping.
