Nano-Lithium densifier specifically designed for concrete polishing. Creates a significantly harder surface that allows abrasive tooling to work more effectively to achieve a superior polish.
Pentra-Sil IH is a Nano-Lithium impregnating hardener formulated for polished concrete, terrazzo, and stone. Applied during the polishing process, it hardens the surface so abrasive tooling cuts more efficiently, increasing gloss and clarity, improving abrasion resistance, and reducing dusting. The one-coat treatment is simple to spray, requires no brooming or rinsing during application, remains breathable, and dries clear with low odor and low VOC.

When should Pentra-Sil IH be applied?
During the polishing process. Keep the surface wet with product for about 20 minutes, then continue grinding and polishing to the final profile.
Do I need to rinse after application?
No. The treatment is a simple one-coat application with no brooming or rinsing required during application.
What surface prep is required?
Remove dirt, laitance, curing compounds, or coatings that block penetration. Avoid citrus or acidic cleaners; if used previously, neutralize with an alkaline cleaner before application.
Is it suitable for all substrates?
Use on concrete, terrazzo, and similar cement-based surfaces. It is not suitable for asphalt, non-cement, or painted surfaces and will not repair cracks or honeycombed areas.
How should floors be maintained after treatment?
Clean with neutral pH cleaners. If additional protection or gloss is desired, follow with compatible finishes or guards per manufacturer guidance.
