Yes. It is the time-of-placement hardener. On machine-troweled concrete it may be applied immediately after finishing, after joints are cut and cleaned, or anytime after. Keep the surface wet 20 minutes.
Can a bond-breaker go on top?
Yes. The datasheet states bond-breakers can be applied directly on top for tilt-up. Curing compounds can also go on the treated surface once it is dry.
Is (H) the same as Pentra-Sil (HD)?
No. (H) is the time-of-placement densifier. (HD) is a different high-solids densifier for existing slabs and polishing. They are not sizes of each other.
