WR Meadows Sealtight 1250 White is a dissipating, resin-based, white-pigmented curing compound in a 55 gallon drum. It is intended for federal, state, and municipal highway and airport paving.
WR Meadows Sealtight 1250 White is a ready-to-use, true water-emulsion curing compound built on resin with white pigment. It forms a film that holds mix water while the white color reflects sunlight, so the surface stays cooler and heat buildup that leads to thermal cracking is limited. Unlike a permanent membrane, it starts to break down after about four to five weeks of UV exposure and dissipates faster under traffic and weather. This 55 gallon drum covers roughly 11,000 sq ft.

Where is WR Meadows Sealtight 1250 White used?
It is formulated for federal, state, and municipal highway and airport paving and suits exterior horizontal surfaces such as street and curb paving. Do not use it on patios, sidewalks, or other areas with no wheel traffic to wear the white film.
How is 1250 White different from a permanent white cure?
It dissipates. After about four to five weeks of UV exposure the membrane starts to break down, and traffic and weathering speed its removal from the surface.
What coverage does the 1250 White 55 Gallon Drum give?
About 200 sq ft per gallon, or roughly 11,000 sq ft for this 55 gallon drum. Test a small area first, since finish, texture, and conditions change the rate.
How is WR Meadows 1250 White applied?
Re-disperse any settling with gentle agitation, then spray one even coat once surface water leaves the slab and workers will not mar it. A Chapin 1949 or equivalent sprayer with a tip delivering about 0.5 GPM at 40 psi is recommended.
Can concrete cured with 1250 White be painted or sealed later?
Remove any residual membrane before the surface is painted, sealed, or treated in any manner.
What precautions apply to 1250 White?
Keep it from freezing, and do not apply it when the concrete is below 40 F. Do not mix it with solvent-containing compounds or dilute it. In the SCAQMD area of California it is limited to roadways and bridges.
