Tremco Vulkem 116 is a textured, single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant for exterior construction joints. It is used on poured and precast concrete, masonry work, window and door perimeters, and similar construction joints. Primerless adhesion to porous substrates and ±25% cyclic movement make it a fit for expansion joints in commercial work.
