Sikagard-705 L is a one-component, solvent-free, silane-based reactive penetrating sealer with approximately 99% active ingredient for hydrophobic impregnation of concrete and cementitious substrates. This 5 gallon pail covers approximately 240 to 360 sf/gal per coat by absorbency, reduces capillary water and chloride absorption, and raises freeze-thaw and de-icing salt resistance. It stays vapor permeable, resists seawater, and is tested to NCHRP 224 Series II and IV for traffic-bearing decks and bridges.
