Dayton Superior Pro-Poxy 100 is a 100% solids, high-modulus, moisture-tolerant, low-viscosity epoxy for gravity-feed or pressure injection of fine to medium cracks. Primary use is 1/8 in to 1/4 in cracks in concrete and masonry. Mix 2:1 by volume. This page is the 1 gal unit; a 13.5 oz cartridge is stocked for smaller injection jobs. Seal the surface with a gel epoxy before injecting.

What crack width?
Dayton sizes Pro-Poxy 100 for about 1/8 in to 1/4 in cracks. Finer hairlines may need a lower-viscosity resin such as Pro-Poxy 50.
Mix ratio?
2:1 Part A to Part B by volume.
Do I need surface seal?
Yes. Seal the crack face with Sure Anchor J51 or Pro-Poxy 300 Fast gel, set ports, then inject.
Cartridge version?
Yes. Indcon stocks a 13.5 oz (400 ml) cartridge of the same chemistry.
