WR Meadows TIAH is a clear, non-yellowing acrylic curing and sealing compound in a 5 gallon pail. It dries to a low-to-medium sheen and seals exterior concrete from weather, stains, and wear.
WR Meadows TIAH is an acrylic polymer solution that dries to a tough, transparent film that will not after-yellow. It raises the abrasion resistance of concrete and acts as a dustproof sealer with stronger weather and stain resistance. The film resists rain, sun, freezing temperatures, most acids and industrial chemicals, oil, grease, de-icing salts, cleaning agents other than aromatic solvents, caustics, and airborne soot and dust. This 5 gallon pail covers roughly 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft.

Where is WR Meadows TIAH used?
On driveways, patios, industrial floors, loading docks, swimming pool areas, and exposed aggregate, and on any exterior surface where concrete needs protection and sealing. It is for exterior application only.
What coverage does the TIAH 5 Gallon Pail give?
300 to 600 sq ft per gallon depending on surface finish, or roughly 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft for this 5 gallon pail. For best results, apply two coats at 600 sq ft per gallon each, with the second at a right angle after the first dries.
How is WR Meadows TIAH applied?
On new concrete, apply once surface water has completely disappeared and workers will not mar the surface; existing concrete must be clean and dry. Use a sprayer or short-nap roller for a uniform film, brushing out puddles. An industrial sprayer with neoprene hose and gaskets and a 5941 nozzle is recommended.
How quickly does TIAH dry?
It dries to the touch in 30 to 60 minutes. Restrict foot traffic for at least four hours, and twelve hours is preferred.
Can TIAH be used as a masonry waterproofer?
No. Do not use it as a waterproofing sealer on masonry, and do not use it on dense or non-porous surfaces like brick or stone. As a membrane-forming sealer, it may darken concrete or highlight variations in porosity, so a test patch is recommended.
What conditions should be avoided with TIAH?
Do not apply it in high heat with direct sun, on concrete exposed to excessive moisture, or when the concrete is below 40 F, since the film may peel, bubble, or turn white. Do not dilute it. Treated surfaces may become slippery under certain conditions.
