Tremco Spectrem 1 is a single-component, moisture-cure, ultra-low modulus silicone sealant for demanding moving joints. It is used on aluminum curtainwalls, precast concrete panels, metal panels, and window perimeters. It holds +100/-50% movement, weathers driving rain and UV, and has a slight grain finish that zippers rather than fully tears if a joint fails.
