Tremco Dymonic 100 is a one-part, medium-modulus, non-sag polyurethane sealant for moving joints, supplied in an Off White 10.1 oz (300 mL) cartridge. It bonds to damp or green concrete without outgassing and moves +100/-50% in typical field conditions.
Tremco Dymonic 100 is a single-component, medium-modulus, non-sag polyurethane sealant that gives a durable, flexible seal in moving joints and bonds tenaciously to substrates once fully cured. It adheres to damp or green concrete without outgassing, is suitable for water immersion, and has a movement capability of +100/-50% in typical field conditions. Typical uses are expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking at windows, doors and panels, and aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding; it also serves as a fluid-applied flashing at rough openings for windows, doors and curtain walls. The formula is low-VOC and UV-stable, so it will not crack, craze or yellow under UV exposure, and it is jet fuel-resistant and paintable. Apply between 40 and 100 °F (4 to 37 °C), use adequate ventilation, and do not use it in chlorinated, potable, heavy or waste water.

Product documents: Tremco Dymonic 100 Data Sheet (PDF)
Can Dymonic 100 go on damp or green concrete?
Yes. It adheres to damp or green concrete without outgassing. Adhesion to concrete (ASTM C794) is 35 pli, more than 25 pli on green concrete and more than 20 pli on damp concrete.
How much joint movement does it handle?
Movement capability is ±50% under ASTM C719 and +100/-50% under the modified ASTM C719 test, in typical field conditions. It meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, Use NT, T, M, A, O, I.
Can Dymonic 100 be used as a flashing?
Yes. It can be used as a fluid-applied flashing at rough opening perimeters for windows, doors and curtain walls. It meets ICC Section R703.8 Flashing and AAMA 714-15 for liquid-applied flashing, and it is an NFPA 285 listed component.
Can it be painted or coated over?
It is paintable, but that does not imply adhesion to and compatibility with all paints; Tremco refers to Technical Bulletin S-09-05. It is compatible with and can be coated over with Tremco Vulkem deck coatings, ExoAir air barrier products and the TREMproof below-grade waterproofing line.
What are the temperature limits and cure times?
Apply between 40 and 100 °F (4 to 37 °C); for colder work Tremco has a cold-temperature application bulletin. It skins in 2 to 3 hours and is tack-free in 6 to 8 hours at 73.4°F (23°C) and 50% RH. Service temperature is -40 to 180 °F (-40 to 82 °C).
Where should Dymonic 100 not be used?
It is not recommended in chlorinated, potable, heavy or waste water. Use it with adequate ventilation and follow the SDS for protective equipment. This listing is the Off White 10.1 oz (300 mL) cartridge; the 20 oz (600 mL) sausage and the other standard colors are listed separately.
