Engineered for both interior and exterior applications, this versatile solution provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability for waterproofing concrete and masonry surfaces. It effectively resists water penetration, freeze-thaw cycles, and carbonation, making it ideal for water tanks, reservoirs, balconies, basements, and foundations. With ANSI/NSF 61 potable water compliance, it is safe for use in drinking water applications. SikaTop Seal 107 is available in concrete gray and off-white.
