It’s part of the Sikalastic Balcony Waterproofing System and eliminates the need for separate base and top coats, cutting down install time and labor. With its slip-resistant finish, UV resistance, and tough durability, it’s well-suited for use on balconies, walkways, and other exposed concrete surfaces where reliable, one-coat waterproofing is needed.
