SikaFix HH Hydrophilic is a water-activated polyurethane grout that expands into a flexible closed-cell foam to stop leaks in concrete cracks and joints. This 5 gallon pail reacts in about 30 seconds at 77 F when mixed 1:1 with water. Free foam expands about 6 times. It is not HH LV and not HH+. Follow the current Sika product data sheet on the job.
