Ultra Seal EF is a water-based, Earth Friendly acrylic sealer that puts a non-yellowing gloss on existing and decorative concrete. It can be used in restricted regions, including interiors where solvent MMA sealers cannot. It resists blushing and common spills such as motor oil, antifreeze, vinegar, and bleach. Two light coats beat one heavy coat. Recoat in 2-3 hours at 70°F.
