Chemlink DuraLink 35 is a multi-purpose, moisture cure, elastomeric sealant that combines economy and high performance for uses from window sealant to sealing joints in door frames. DuraLink 35 has excellent elastomeric properties which is ideal for a wide range of applications.
DuraLink 35 is a moisture-curing polyether joint sealant formulated for building joints with +/- 35% movement. It is solvent free and isocyanate free, applies without slump on vertical and overhead joints, and can be installed on damp surfaces and in cold conditions down to 32 F (0 C). DuraLink 35 is designed to avoid bubbling on damp surfaces, resist UV discoloration, and maintain stable cure characteristics without visible shrinkage.

Can DuraLink 35 be applied to damp substrates?
Yes. It is designed to be effective on damp surfaces and can be applied in cold conditions down to 32 F (0 C). Remove visible and standing water before application.
What joint movement rating does it meet?
DuraLink 35 is rated for +/- 35% movement and complies with ASTM C920 Class 35 requirements.
What joint design should be used?
Install joints per ASTM and SWR Institute guidance. Joint depth is typically one-half the joint width (1:2 depth-to-width). Use a backer rod sized about 25% larger than the joint opening to control depth and avoid three-point adhesion.
How soon can it be painted?
It is listed as paintable within 24 hours. Field test the specific coating system for compatibility and cure behavior before full installation.
What is the service temperature range?
Service temperature is -40 F to 200 F (-40 C to 93 C).
